How will I find my chauffeur?

Once you pass customs, your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a board showing your name. You will also receive their contact details on WhatsApp.

My flight is late. Will the chauffeur still wait?

Yes. We monitor your flight and adjust the pickup to the actual landing time, with no extra charge for delays.

When and how do I pay?

Payment is made to your chauffeur at the end of the journey, in cash or by card where available. Nothing is charged online.

Does the fare include tolls and luggage?

Yes. The fare is for the whole vehicle and already covers motorway tolls, bridge crossings, parking and your luggage.

Can I book a transfer for a group?

Absolutely. Our Mercedes Sprinter seats up to fourteen guests, and we can arrange several vehicles for larger parties.

What if my plans change?

Just message us on WhatsApp. You can change the time or cancel your transfer free of charge.
